We may receive order and payment authorization information from payment processors used by Restaurants when you choose to pay for your orders online.

When you use our websites or mobile apps, search for stores near you, or use delivery services offered through the Service, we may use location-based technologies to geolocate your current location in order to better serve you and our Restaurant clients. You may choose not to automatically share your devices locations by turning off location sharing options in your devices settings.

• Restaurants may use third-party payment processors in order to authorize payments, in which case applicable information will be provided to these services in order authorize your payments.
• We may disclose this information, as required by law, in order to comply with the order of a court or other governmental body, or as otherwise necessary to comply with applicable law.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your User Account. You must immediately notify Brygid, by emailing support@brygid.com, of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your User Account.

Brygid has taken all reasonable steps to ensure the security of the Website, App, and Service. We use advanced encryption technology and have incorporated other methods to protect your personal information at all times. However, the internet is a public network and there is the remote possibility of data security violations. In the event of such occurrences, Brygid is not responsible for any damages you may experience as a result.

Requests for Account Deletions

You can request deletion of your account by logging on and selecting the option that reads “Delete My Account”. It may take up to 2 business days for your request to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Your personal information may be retained for as long as a Restaurant remains a client of Brygid and holds an active subscription to our Services, up to a period of one year, whichever is less.
